This is where you'll find all information on upcoming Meets and a practice schedule routine.
Practice will be every Saturday from 2pm - 330pm at Behrend's Track and several Wednesday's at Seneca's track.
All practices will follow the same routine: Stretching, 20M drills, Sprinter Workout (changes every week), Middle Distance Workout (changes every week), Turbo, Long Jump, Shot Put, Strength, then Recovery Stretching.
